What’s your cancellation policy?
Cancel at anytime before noon the day before your scheduled arrival, no questions asked. After that time or in the event of a no-show, you will be charged for the first nights stay. We do understand that last minute situations arise that are beyond your control and those cases we will considered on a case by case basis.
Do you offer breakfast?
No, we don't offer a breakfast on the property, but we do have coffee, tea, and hot chocolate in the lobby. We also offer a breakfast voucher for the 4th West Pub accross the street. During the season there are several choices for breakfast within walking distance of the property .
What time is check in and check out?
Our check in time is 3:00 pm daily, but arrangements can be made for earlier checkin for a $10 charge. Check out is by 11:00 am on your departure date, but a late check out can be arranged with our front desk staff at an additional $10 charge per hour after check out.
Are you a pet friendly hotel?
While most of the staff are very much animal lovers, at this time it is the policy of the hotel that no pets are allowed in the hotel rooms or common areas. Violations of the "No Pets" policy are charged a considerable fine. Service animals that have valid documentation and meet the federally excepted guidelines for service animals are allowed.
Do you allow smoking?
The Prospector Inn is a completely smoke free facility. We have a zero tolerence policy with regard to smoking in the rooms, and impose a $200 fine to anyone who violates this policy. Smoking is permitted outside of your room but we ask that you not smoke in front of the room doors.
