Policies

Check in/ Check out: Prospector Inn will contact you by txt or email on the morning of your arrival using the phone # or email you provided on your reservation. A room number and 4-digit door access code will be provided. Check-in time is 3:00pm. Access codes will be activated at this time. If you would like an earlier check in time, please call (435)287-4516 and inquire as to room availability. We will try our best to accommodate your schedule. Check-out time is 10:00 am. This allows time for room cleaning and preparation.

Cancellation Policy: We realize that your plans may change due to unanticipated circumstances and we will try our best to accommodate. Cancellations must be received a minimum of 72 hours prior to check-in for a full refund.

Pet Polcy: Dogs are only permitted in our designated rooms, 2 dogs maximum. Dogs may NOT be left unattended in the room, and owners are requested to be respectful of other guests and to keep dogs attended while on the premises and clean up any messes. We reserve the right to charge guests up to $100 for bringing unauthorized dogs into non-designated pet rooms.

Housekeeping policies: For guests staying 3 nights or less there is no daily cleaning service. For longer stays, we will refresh towels and take out your trash upon request. Call (435)287-4516 for any housekeeping related issues. Prospector Inn reserves the right to charge extra for any stolen property and/or damages to rooms and room contents including overly soiled or damaged furnishings, towels, and linens.

Lost and Found Policy: Found items are securely stored for 15 days. If an item is not claimed within this period, it will be donated or discarded. Guests are responsible for all shipping costs, plus an additional $15 handling fee. While we do our best to safeguard lost items, the hotel is not responsible for any damage or loss during shipping. To claim an item, please contact us at Info@Prospector-Inn.com with a description of the item and your stay details.

Other Policies:
Quiet time is from 10 pm through 7 am.
We accept all major credit cards for payment.
All rooms are smoke free.
We respectfully reserve the right to decline service to any patron at our discretion.
In addition to tobacco products, this also includes marijuana and vaping. To be compliant with the Utah Clean Air Act, no smoking is permitted within 25 feet of the Prospector Inn.
